Post-Game Interviews
Alex Best (King's Head Coach): "I'd like to congratulate the Minnesota Timberwolves. They really are the under-dogs of the league. They have fantastic talent and a great group of five players. It must be losses like this that they are use to, because they can keep up with any team in the league."
Francisco Garcia (Player Of The Game): "It's always nice when we have a big lead, to let our younger players get a chance to really shine. I'm glad to see Jeter put up the numbers he did. I think he's the future PG of this team. Hands down."
Tyreke Evans (King's Role Player): "I think we should've won by a lot more than we did. I mean, we were up like 19 at one point. I don't even remember how they came back and made it such a close game. All I know is that they are a bunch of loud mouths. You can yell in my ear all you want during my three point show Luke Ridnour. I will still make it."

Don't let the stat sheet fool you. This game was all Kings all game. Sure, the Timberwolves put up an impressive fourth quater to at least put the game within reach, but there was no stopping the Kings tonight. Here's a few reasons why the outcome was the way it was:
- Not only did the Timberwolves take 4 more shots than the Kings, they also missed 3 more. Bad shooting.
- 7 for 20 from beyond the arc by the Timberwolves? That's begging to lose. You can't keep missing those shots.
- Timberwolves managed to out-assist, out-rebound, and got many more offensive rebounds than the Kings.
- Kings managed to hold onto the ball, 4 turnovers compared to the Timberwolves 7.
- Fransisco Garcia got the start for the first time in about 3 games, and shows he belongs there. 9-11 shooting, 2-3 from far, and 20 points.
- Tyreke Evans also got 20 points, shooting well from outside and getitng 2 blocks.
- Eugene Jeter, officially named the team's 6th man, got 13 points, 8 assists, and a steal.
- Jameer Nelson picks up his second double-double with the Kings, 10 points and 10 assists.
- Jason Thompson still fighting to belong, getting 9 points and 2 blocks.
- Cousins goes silent for the second game in a row, only 8 points, yet 7 rebounds and a block.
- Michael Beasly shot just under 50% for the game, yet managed to snag 20 points.
- Kevin Love was heald down to only 4 points, yet managed to get 11 rebounds.
- Timberwolves were outscored every quater except the fourth. They came back from a 19 point deficit to only lose by 5.
Alex Best submits his 3rd official roster update, sliding Garcia back into a starting role.
